To embed the Add-to-Calendar button in an email:
1. Use your email address and password to sign in to your Stanza dashboard.
2. Take a screenshot of your Add-to-Calendar button.
4. Go to your email account and compose a new email.
5. Drag the Add-to-Calendar button screenshot into the body of the email. Highlight the image, and click the link icon.
6. Return to your dashboard, and copy the link address of the Add-to-Calendar button’s pop-up window.
7. Paste the address into the space provided for the email link.
8. It’s now ready to send. When your audience clicks the button, it takes them straight to your schedule options. From there, they can see and download the schedules of their choice.
